Royse City Texas

Established in 1885 and named after Garrett Burgess Griffin Royse who was instrumental in getting the railroad brought from Greenville to  Dallas and also plotted the town and sold its first lots. Royse City is uniquely situated on the edge of Hunt, Rockwall and Collin Counties with a population of 13,508 according to the 2020 US Census.
