McKlane Bobbitt is a lifelong native of Hunt County who graduated from Caddo Mills High School and later graduated from TAMU-C.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology but after graduating college, he found his way into medical device sales and honed his sales skills as an inside sales rep eventually making his way into SAAS. McKlane worked for the internationally known property management software company RealPage. During his time at RealPage McKlane exceeded quotas in his BDR role eventually being promoted to National Account Representative- Affordable Housing/ HUD for the northeast sector of the United States.
Around this same time, McKlane built his real estate acquisition company Lone Star Equity from the ground up sourcing off-market deals for himself and other investors. They have been successfully sourcing off-market deals since 2019 and continue to operate locally and across the great state of Texas conducting transactions in assignments, fix and flips, rentals, and creative finance. Above all else, they are known for curing some of the most complex title issues that plague property owners.
McKlane is actively committed and involved in the day-to-day ebbs and flows of the real estate market. He is personally overseeing the transactions of the acquisition company and the retail transactions for his clients. This allows him to have a pulse on the potential market cycles.
When McKlane is not working on real estate, he enjoys time with his wife Amanda and daughter Noah where they are most likely traveling or spending time with family.
