Ashley and Tracy Hammons are a dynamic duo in the real estate industry. Ashley's background in real estate investing and Tracy's strong work ethic and problem-solving skills make them a formidable team. They have built a successful real estate business portfolio that earned over 1 million dollars in income in just 9 years.


In 2015, Ashley earned her Broker's license and opened her own brokerage, AT Home Texas Real Estate. With Ashley's business sense and Tracy's construction and maintenance expertise, the company quickly became a success. They expanded their services to include property management and created Simply Rentals, which has been well-received by the market.


In 2018, Ashley and Tracy purchased a building in Greenville to serve as their headquarters for AT Home Texas Real Estate. They transformed the space into a unique and collaborative environment that emphasizes real estate education. People often remark about the effective and innovative design of the office.
