Tracy Hammons
I was born to a mechanic and software engineer in the small East Texas town of Cumby. I am the oldest son of three children who are still very close. After high school, I earned an HVAC certification from Paris Junior College and later graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce with a degree in Industrial Engineering. I then launched my professional career as a manufacturing engineer in Greenville Texas in 2013.
Married to a real estate aficionado, Ashley drug me into the real estate world when we bought our first “project home” in 2009. Even though all I knew about real estate when we married was that I like to sleep inside. It was soon clear with my engineering mind and love of the American Dream, our life would be driven by a passion for all things real estate. Committed to seeing my wife’s dreams come true, I maintained my position as an engineer until the time was right.
In 2016 I left my engineering position after we purchased a portfolio of rentals. We had 6 construction projects going on our investment properties simultaneously. Ashley had signed 12 agents in the last year and was managing over 30 homes on her own while practicing as a top producing REALTOR®. My goal was to immediately relieve her from as many administrative and construction/maintenance-related duties as possible in order to allow her to be the amazing broker I know she is. Licensed and serving next to my amazing wife I received my broker's license in 2021 and in 2022 Ashley and I both became Certified Real Estate Instructors to bring education to our agents.
Now, as the president of several growing real estate investment groups and partner in my wife’s brokerage, I am devoted to helping bring home ownership and real estate investment to those who hunger for the dream!
