The first home is a log-style, three-bedroom, two-bath house built in 2010. It spans 1,800 square feet and includes a dining room and a large covered deck front porch area. Additionally, it has a full-house generator powered by propane, providing backup power during outages.

The second home, built in 1986, is an A-frame, three-bedroom, two-bath house. It has a fireplace and a combined living room and kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the downstairs area includes one bedroom and a bathroom. This home is currently rented on a month to month bases.
