Brokerage Leadership in Action at the Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting in Austin

Staying active in professional leadership roles is one of the ways a brokerage continues to grow and serve clients at the highest level. This year, both Tracy and Ashley attended the Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting in Austin, spending five days in committee meetings, leadership sessions, and professional development events.

Tracy currently serves on the Texas REALTORS® Board of Directors, where he helps guide decisions that impact real estate professionals and consumers across the state. His involvement ensures that local market concerns are represented at the state level. In addition, Tracy will serve as next year’s Chair of the Texas REALTORS® Professional Development Committee, helping shape education programs that improve agent knowledge and consumer service statewide.

Ashley also plays a significant leadership role within the industry. She serves as a TREPAC Trustee, supporting advocacy efforts that protect private property rights and promote strong real estate policies across Texas. She is also a member of the MetroTex Board of Directors, contributing to leadership decisions that impact REALTORS® throughout the North Texas region.

Their attendance at the Winter Meeting reflects a shared commitment to professional growth, advocacy, and staying ahead of changes affecting the real estate industry. These meetings provide updates on legislation, education standards, professional practices, and emerging trends that directly influence how agents serve buyers, sellers, and property owners.
