This unit comes with stackable washer and dryer, mini split AC and heat, fridge, stove, and microwave. All this is located two minutes from town and a minute from the schools. Tenants must mow grass and weed eat lawn. All utilities: electric, water, gas, cable, internet will be paid for by tenant. Deposit, first month’s rent, and application fee will be due when signing of the lease terms. There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. For post office accommodations, tenant can setup their own box with post office or rent a PO Box through post office.
